What are your dreams & visions of ending youth & young adult homelessness/housing instability?

We would like to see more youth and young adult have the opportunity to access to housing and get as many as we can off the streets. We want to strive to make real changes, not quick fixes, and get to the root of the problems.

Why/how did they get into this work?

We have a shared experience of homelessness and the struggle and time consumption of getting housing for themselves or family. We also want to make it easier for youth to receive proper access to support, no matter where they might be.

What kind of work have you all done so far that you want to share?

So far, we discussed different methods of how we can improve availability for housing, we hosted an event to introduce the community to different resources available in our community that can use and sign up for and we’ve hosted an informative event that gave access to different youth services.
