What kind of work have you all done so far that you want to share?

We envision a community where young adults are uplifted and empowered and have a safe place to call home with endless opportunities to reach their full potential and thrive in the Antelope Valley.

Our core team members all got involved into this work partially due to their lived experience but mostly due to their passion to want to make a difference in the community that have seen them grow into the amazing young adults they have become.

Our YYA SPA 1 Team participated in the Los Angeles County Youth Homeless Count of 2024 and had led 1 major community gathering where over 100 attendees and had the opportunity to learn about the housing advocacy policies the YYA SPA 1 has prioritized for the fiscal year and hear about what it will actually take to end youth homelessness in our community from key stakeholders.
