 The goal of the Advocacy program is to build power amongst the network of young people across the 8 SPA teams through collective skill building and priority setting. This work is facilitated through the Advocacy Committee, which includes youth representatives from each SPA team. In the committee, young people connect on their priority-setting process and work through challenges, share learnings to bring back to their SPA tables and support each other in taking action. 

LA Emissary’s Advocacy program is dedicated to building out a county-wide youth-led policy agenda and a movement of young people behind it.
